Pudo locker service useless - do not use

We used their locker (Pudo) services. Booked and paid for the service. Went to drop the parcel off (you can use any locker location). When we open the locker, there was already a parcel in that was not collected by the owner. We could not leave our parcel because we did not know if the owner will only take their box and ours. I phoned the customer service centre immediately to log a query, we took pictures and send it through. Even the service manager phoned and confirmed that the driver saw the other package and acknowledged that we were unable to leave our parcel due to the locker being full and containing another parcel. Now two weeks later, more than one phone call and more than one email, no feedback. Nothing has been done. We had to rebook the service and pay again. Honestly pathetic service.
