Pudo locker service unreliable and not trustworthy

Pudo/Courier Guy had my parcel since 28 July 2025 they have not delivered it to the recipient. I have been from pillar to post by their consultants. Everyday they promise to do something or escalate the issue but nothing. Its been 3 weeks now and my customer has not received her order.
