PUDO locker service

I received the most DISSAPOINTING service on TWO of my most recent parcel distributions with PUDO locker service (operated by The Courier Guy)

No communication if they are difficulty delivering a parcel Inaccurate tracking info on the website Very unprofessional feedback on the Pudo Whatsapp line One of my parcels are srill not delivered after more than a week

I ask to be phoned to sort out the issue quicker but nobody phones me.

I don't think I will be using PUDO again - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
