PUDO LOCKER OFFLINE FOR 2DAYS

Pudo locker offline for 2 days now My medication 8 was supposed to get are still in your Locker. There are no Load shedding in the area. Friday I went to collect my parcel locker offline I went to the depot in Witbank the lady there was not helpful at all did not even care about me. I arranged for a lift today 4 times now because I did not have a vehicle today my husband used it for Weekend fishing trip. I left how many notes on Pudo report and whattup and emails The Lady that send email last told the locker was online I called my daughter again to pick me up and go to Watermeyer Sasol locker Witbank I spoke to Sasol worker he said that locker was not online The courier guy agent she **** to me. Your service suck big time this was the last I will made used The courier guy for anything You are getting worst by the day. Your people is *********** to do there work. But lying they are very good with. I am without my medication for a day now. And Witbank Depot I think that you have lack of communication to a client. I will make sure to add this bad service on platforms so people can know. What bad service the courier guy in Witbank is giving to clients. I want my parcel delivered to my doorstep because this is not my fault or mistake. Monday i want my parcel delivered to me on your cost not mine. I am not very happy about this treatment I got from The courier guy in Witbank at all. And secondly I do not like people lying about a locker to be online then it was not. The courier guy was the best always now I do no think so anymore.
