Pudo locker electricity issue

I am supposed to pick up a parcel at the Pudo locker at SPAR Boksburg. I cannot access my parcel as the Pudo locker is without electricity. The Courier Guy help desk says I cannot extend my pickup time, and the parcel will be sent back to the depot, and I have to schedule a new pick up. So now I am being inconvenienced because Pudo/Courier Guy's locker is without electricity. I now have to wait longer for a parcel that I could have picked up yesterday when I was there. Not fair.
