Pudo Locker (Courier Guy) taking my money for nothing and no help provided!!!

Im very unhappy so will stop using this Pudo locker s of Courier Guy. I lost R50 becauseI booked a Locker to send a small package to a client but after booking it on the app the client phoned me and said they will be in town and will pick up the package from me. Okey locker still booked till the 29th and they don’t want to refund me even tho I will not be using the locker and they can’t even cancel the Locker order for me. I emailed them just after client phoned me a little while after I booked the Locker on the 26th and got this reply: Masego Moraka (PUDO - SA ) May 26, 2022, 09:53 GMT+2

Good day valued client. Please note we are not able to process a refund, as per the Ts and Cs. We do have a strict refund policy in in place which we have to adhere to. The locker space has also been reserved for this booking

So what now???? People be very careful to use this system, I think Paxi from Pep will work beter at least they will not take your money and refuse to refund you. I will not be using this Pudo from Courier Guy anymore. In this case of no refunds.
