Pudo Locker BROKEN. (Digital Screen not working!!)

The PUDO locker receiving my parcels is currently broken. Tried contacting support but it is clearly automated (not a real person). They even responded with a closing "It's a pleasure" email while the problem had NOT been solved!! There were numerous furious people at the pudo locker unable to get their parcels, NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I am now left in limbo with presents for my niece and nephew stuck in a locker and about to be returned to sender.
