Pudo-LESS

The most dismal non-existent customer service! In theory this should be a great service but it totally sucks! The app is not user friendly at all, the website doesn't load most of the time, and don't even try to log an issue, join a chat or get a response from their WhatsApp chat either! I wish I had read the reviews before deciding to make use of their service (sorry NON-SERVICE). My recommendation is to stay as FAR AWAY as possible from PUDO and The Courier Guy if you expect any sort of service whatsoever!
