Pudo lenz hub. Totally Inefficient

Lenz hub. Pudo. Parcel reached hub at about 13:00 Waiting the whole day for it to be delivered to the pudo locker, so I can collect. Nothing. Next day still Nothing, until I email the pudo support desk. Then only they send an email saying lockers are full. I must go and collect from the hub. So I must now travel a further distance from the locker which is just around the corner from me to collect my parcel. And if I didn't email, I would have been still waiting for the parcel for another couple of days ,I suppose. Real inefficient team at the lenz courier guy/pudo.
