Pudo just can't get it right

The saying goes: first time shame on you second time shame on me.

4th and LAST time I'm using Pudo

Booked a LARGE locker through the app, they gave me a medium locker... my box didn't fit... I struggled via Gmail and whatsapp to get assistance... pin expired... now they want me to pay again!

It's not easy to use pudo and it's not easy to get assistance.
