Pudo is not worth using

I sent a package from pe to randburg on tuesday. On thursday it showed it was in boksburg ready for collection. When i phoned them to ask, they said it was wrongly delivered there, and that it would be sent to randburg. It is monday, and its still in the locker in boksburg. No one can give me any information,this morning they said they did not know that it was suppose to go to randburg, even after i called them multiple times on thursday and friday
