PUDO is horrible.

Order a product from a company that used there PUDO Locker system. Shipped on the 3rd and arrived on the 4th. I check there online tracking today the 7th and saw that it arrived on the 4th at 17:00. Went trough the all my emails and all my SMS's could not find any notification from them. Used the Whatsapp customer servers trying to find out if my product is there and haven't i gotten any information or the code to be able to open the box. Got a message back saying "I'll assist your shortly. Please be patient as were experiencing high volumes of queries during this peak season." so i gave it 30min and asked if there is any news. Got no answer and gave it another 30min. Goggle for the customer care number and there is a Live feed on there goggle link saying LIVE: Not too Busy and gave then a call. No one answer as usual. So i sent a message again saying "Will you be helping me today or am i calling customer care and logging a complaint?" Then i got asked to be at the locker before 5 so they can manual open it for me. So I will never be using this PUDO Serves of them ever again. DSV's Locker system is a lot better. Haven't had any issues.
