PUDO INCOMPETANCE

Worst EVER... dl software on my cell...paid R100 into my Pudo account 31 March...no funds available to send a parcel??... I SPECIALLY tried to use Pudo because of the area where they have a receiving depot in Belfast...i have now waited since 31 March for my R100 to credited to my Pudo account?...they said takes up to 48 hours?.. Well we WAY PAST that time...AND they have the audacity to ask me WHY DO I WANT A REFUND?... LIKE REALLY... I DO NOT WANT A REFUND AT ALL... JUST ****** CREDIT MY PUDO ACCOUNT WITH THE R100 WHICH I PAID... AND I HAVE SENT P. O. P... RIDICULOUS USELESS.... I HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED SO MANY "TICKETS"... I DONT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DOING... INCOMPETANCE AT ITS BEST...IF SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE A CELL CONTACT PERSON WHO CAN HELP ME?... I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT...
