Pudo from hero to zero!

To say I am dissapointed just doesn't do it!!! I am hugely dissapointed And giving a ZERO rating for Pudo Why change a service that worked like a well oiled machine and cause discomfort?

The new Pudo system is really ......( add a swear word) not a service any more It's an inconvenience!!!

The wattsapp shows a list of lockers in your town but not availability. So what is the point to that? And yes you guessed it!!!! I had to drive around to find it on my own At the kiosk at Courier guy fig tree all I received was a shrug and "we can't help you!!" ( more swear words!!!)

Pudo you cancelled a service, you wasted my time And time is precious And your choice has made me braak on Hello Peter!! And I don't like complaining ing as I always look for the good in everything

Will I use it again - NO Will I recommend it -ABSOLUTELY NO!!!

VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

If anyone is using this so called service please pack extra water, your capacity a picnic basket and take a vallium..... because this is not effortless!
