PUDO - don't trust them to handle your package

Seems to have a problem with losing parcels. Sent package on Monday. Get query from consignee yoday asking where parcel is

On contacting PUDO, get their standard "sorry that we're *********** & lost your parcel' message.

Verbatim "Hi Donavin, i just got off the phone with pudo and the driver, we did not find the parcel inside the locker unfortunately, driver also now advised that he remembered collecting this parcel and bringing it back to the depot, i will come in contact with the receiver to confirm if they have received this parcel already, i also notified vaal kiosk about this matter and they will be advising as soon as possible, could you kindly advise what were the contents of the parcel?"
