Pudo dont allocate money to account and not sorting problem out

Deposited money to send a parcel. Was told it is payfast error and I mist wait 24 hours. Waited 24 hours and yet another 12 hours passed and pudo is absolutely nothing to sort out to get my credit allocated to my account. Worst service ever. I have a parcel I need to send, the person on email rather tells me you can take the parcel to the kiosk but it will cost more. Seriously??? Pathetic
