Pudo disappoints

Despite asking for over a meter of bubble wrap and asking for a fragile sticker, the Courier guy apparently didnt place one on my parcel that they took to the back. The new staff member fumbled around and delayed me greatly. I assumed he had done his job as requested. I post parcels weekly. This week, the pewter (metal) mug broke and now they refuse to credit me with postage. In bubble wrap and a solid box a metal mug broke !! I am beyond disappointed and will now advise clients I dont use Pudo anymore. Wow, beyond words. New/inexperienced staff shouldnt be working without supervision then.
