Pudo destroyed my pakage.

I've used pudo a couple of times with small issues, but its always been solved quickly. This time I posted a laser cut item to one of my clients ( bubble wrapped 3 layers and sealed in a box) and when the customer received it, it was absolutely destroyed. All this damages falls on me as I have to remake the item and pay a postage fee out of my pocket. When I spoke to customer service, thet said its made out of wood and the T&C's state that nothing out of wood can be refunded. This is ludacris to me. You take no responsibility but yet gappy to receive money?
