Pudo, Courier Guy's failure

I wanted to use the Pudo app to send a parcel. Funds needed to be loaded, BUT, none of the available options works. Online phone and web don't allow funds to be loaded(error message, name field is required). Courier Guy Brackenfell advised me to visit the kiosk which I did, so he can see the app won't allow funds transfers. Then with a smile almost charged me double the rates via Courier Guy, says I must take it up with Pudo, but everywhere I search Pudo I end up with Courier Guy. That is so bad and malicious.
