Pudo / Courier Guy with lazy couriers!

It seems your courier is to lazy to book the parcel’s into the lockers, and update accordingly on the system! I send 2 parcels most from Hartbee****rt Dam, Village Mall to my mother in Groot Marico with Chronic medication, and my aunt both in there 70’s. My first shipment experience was litterally the biggest WOW ever! Then the 2nd parcel… no pin was sent for her to collect the next day? Only when I started “trying” to speak with an agent… (which btw is so uselss!!!!!) She was sent a pin finally!

My last parcel was shipped just before 12 last week thursday! I do understand that only late I could get a big locker…. So I assumed and knew it would take longer!

On Satirday morning the 2 old ladies were in Marico and went to the butchery where the pudo lockers are? And told the lady that they are awaiting there chronic meds! Appently the parcel did arrive the friday afternoon, but the courier just dumped all the parcel, nothing was updated, and no pins were sent to my mother to let her know that the parcel was there ….! If I did not go into the app itself I would still be awaiting my text messages just to insert the parcel!

On Sunday evening, the 6th of August the messages only cane through! The parcel was shipped on Thursday morning the 3rd? Really please let me know if this will be a continuous situation in the future? Then I can make another plan.

One of your agents phoned my mother telling her that due to no space for a receiving locker the courier could not depost???! This is really **** an a big fat lie, as the lady at the receiving end has confirmed the lazy acts of the courier just dumping all the parcels for her to deposit! Please rather employ people that are willing to work and do a decent job instead of your agents phoning my mother to tell her lie’s. The courier guy has always provided good service in the past, but this is not my first incident where the lack op updates has been an issue for me myself being a regular online shopper! Lock***4
