Pudo Courier Guy Useless

In have received a message stating that I have 18 hours to collect a parcel from a pudo locker. I have tried to collect the parcel with no luck as it said incorret/invalid pin code. I have contacted them as to find out what happened. They keep telling me that they have sent 2 sms which is incorrect. And now I have to collect my parcel from a kiosk or booked another locker again. This is completely unacceptable as clearly their is problem on their side and now they expect me to pay twice for a parcel to be posted again
