PUDO courier guy reluctant to do their job

We booked and paid for a delivery from Locker to door, then the client gets a message that the parcel was delivered to a locker and she should fetch it at the locker, Why? We then call the courier guy and speak to Sarah, she then states that the client should collect it. When we informed her that, that is not what the client and ourselves paid for, we paid for delivery to her house. She gave this big sigh, like "really"and said they will collect the parcel at the locker and deliver to her house. Like we asked them to go above and beyond.
