Pudo Courier Guy NO REFUND EVEN FOR NON SERVICE

The service provider is refusing to refund the money I credited my account with as the was no service rendered.

They asks for reasons, and use their descretion as to weather one must be refunded or not.

There was no communication whatsoever after I requested for a collection, the app did not show how the tracking of the agent, until I made a follow up call then eventually decided to cancel. Now i paid for nothing at all... Worse they don't want to refund my money.
