Pudo courier guy had ****py service and bad communication

Their info about operating times is incorrect and communication is horrible and after waiting for half a day so that your customer service agent can contact you all they can do is say sorry for the inconvenience

They also give you half information until you start giving them a hard time

I feel like they are not attending to customer complaints and their customer service is friendly but absolutely useless
