PUDO COURIER GUY

I contacted them yesterday to rebook a parcel that is going to Mthatha they were suppose to pick it up at boardwalk in the locker, agent said I must book and let her know when I’m done so that she can contact the relevant department, I did as she said but today I am getting an email that says I must deposit the parcel or else it will expire, if it expired I’ll have to pay another money of which I already paid, I tried to communicate with them both on WhatsApp and Facebook but ain’t getting any response whereas they’re opening Monday to Sunday. I can provide a proof of communication if you require it.
