PUDO C/O COURIER GUY

My package was placed in the locker and I did not receive the code to open the locker. After 4 days I was told that the parcel is no longer in the locker and has been ******. I have sent numerous emails and asked for someone to call me but until now I have not received any feedback.

Today (3/09/24) I noticed that the parcel has been totally removed from my app which doesn't make sense as to why its been removed.

I feel like I'm being **** to and they are giving false information as to what happened with my package
