Pudo by courier Guys service is the worst and i will stick to PEP PAXI

I have been contacting you guys on social media and via courier guy sites and no one is willing to assist. I regret using your service. PAXI does a better job. This has been a nightmare experience for me.

I have communicating the fact that i can't find the collection point at protea point shopping center situated at the graffiti wall to the left, i simply requested for you guys to provide me with their contact details so i can call and i am sure they can direct me better to were they are because i went there three times and my parcel expired due to me not being able to find where to collect.

Can you please assist in delivering my parcel ASAP.
