Pudo box malfunction and failure to deliver parcel

I made a purchase and chose pudo locker as the delivery method. Got the pin and went to the box yesterday after work to collect, pin was entered but the box never opened and surprise surprise there's no one after 6 to help. Next day I was told the driver will open the box, retrieve the parcel and deliver it to my chosen address. I sent a alternative address that's closer for it to be delivered, and surprise surprise, no delivery and no communication regarding why or alternative arrangement. And again, courier guy is closed and can't help
