Pudo - Be Careful

Hi Guys, please be careful when making use of Pudo.

I have tried to log a parcel. After payment was done and approved the system kicked me off without a waybill number. After requesting assistance from Client Care, it still is not sorted as all kinds of proof had to be submitted for the transaction. The payment however has still gone off.
