Pudo bad service

Have posted a parcel 5days ago in the Pudo locker at Checkers Mayville, delivery address was in Moreletta Park. Parcel is still not delivered, they also did not phone my customer to explain the situation. Why asking for the receiver's phone number and not use it. After numerous emails and phone calls still no delivery or response.
