Pudo BAD service!!!

Had the worst service with them The last time i tracked my parcel it was at CPT hub it stayed there for quite some time, when i called them they told me stories.They said they didn't receive my parcel and they cant help me, YOH!! Im so ****ed and dissapointed with their service. Never ever send an important/expensive parcel with pudo!!!
