Pudo are not customer friendly

This pudo company is not making it easy for customers which uses their services for packages to be dropped or picked up at these lockers. Customer's are not being credited if its pudo or their couriers fault and are being rudely said to the customers its their problem if the locker is full or if a package is Double booked , that locker is rebooked for other customers also , this creates incidents which packages that cant be picked up or dropped.yo deal with arrogant couriers also .pudo must deliver a proper service or close down .without customers, pudo wont exist.even at their face to face drop off point staffare so rude .and threats are not to be sended to customers if pudo cant deliver any service .
