PUDO ARE *******.

BOOKED 56 BOXES AND PAID FOR IT TO GET SENT OUT WITH THE COURIER GUY BRYANSTON( 26 NOVEMBER 2024) ,ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT NOT ALL THE BOXES HAVE BEEN SENT OUT.

WENT INTO THE BRANCH AND CHECKED THE CAMERA FOOTAGE, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT NOT ALL ARE BOXES ARE ACCOUNTED FOR DUE TO THEIR POOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS.

EMPLOYEES WERE NOT HELPFUL IN GETTING THIS ISSUE RESOLVED OF LOCATING OUR LOST BOXES, IN FACT WE WERE TOLD, EVEN IF THE NUMBER OF BOXES MATCHES THE SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE, THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE “THEY CANT VIEW THE NAME ON THE BOXES”

ONE WOULD EXPECT PUDO TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT KEEP THEIR LIGHTS ON WITH MORE CARE AND CONSIDERATION BUT INFACT THEY DON’T CARE AT ALL.

TOTAL VALUE OF THE BOX IS R1880 AND WE EXPECT A FULL REIMBUR*****T FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE.

We have been sending out daily orders for the past year with the your courier service, having spent hundreds of thousands and have had numerous instances where our packages have been mishandled, completely damaged or lost.
The branch that we use is the courier guy in Bryanston at Grosvenor crossing.
We have been assisted by Nicole, Vinolia and Dion, who by the way is costing your company more than he is helping with his disgusting attitude and pathetic work ethic , bragging about making R80,000 to do his job.
The past few days, 6 of our packages have gone missing and not a soul at that office wants to take accountability for it. Every time we drop our parcels off, they always said to us “ We will book your order in the morning to get picked up on the drivers first round”.
Only to find out that these orders that were supposed to be booked have been. “Cancelled” because the booking expired.
As a business owner, why would I want to pay for boxes, pay for the booking and not drop it off?
We had spoken to a so called manager named Carina Swart ***) that just blamed us for not dropping off the packages, when on the first call to her says that she couldn’t even find the order on her system.
Contact the operations manager Edwin, who says he’s going to look into the issue and get this resolved, hopefully this time around without a generic response and actual accountability taken.
