Pudo app not clear

I live close to the East London outlet and wanted to try the new Pudo delivery system. Well, it's not what's it's cracked up to be. App downloaded. It's not clear what certain things refer to, eg Your address. My personal address or the drop of address? Then I could not proceed because I had to load money, but I was not guided to this in the first place. So after a visit to the outlet, and another try, I gave up and used another delivery service. I'd drive another 2km to the other service provider than walk to The Courier Guy in Berea.
