Pudo app and store

I always send my packages with Pudo, it quick and easy but since this week I struggle to send my packages through the app. So how pudo works is you have to book your packages and pay through the app and then take to your nearest store. I went to the store (Vryday, 2 June) and want to book my packages and pay there without using the app (because I struggle the whole week with the app) they told me the prices are more expensive if I do it so than through the app. WHY CAN THE PRICES NOT BE THE SAME? Please note the prices is double the amount on the app. I stood in the store for half an our and still struggle to book my packages. The staff was not very helpful and was not a pleasant experience. My packages is still not booked 🙃 so hopefully it will be next week.
