PUDO and CourierGuy bad service

Thanks #pudoSA #CourierGuy for starting my 2025 on a very bad note for me. I went to pick up my parcel from the locker, 50km's away, even got a reminder whatsapp this morning to remind me to collect it, only for the locker to not be working. I whatsapp'd the technical "support" number and got a reply saying the lockers are offline for mainteance today. Someone phoned me from PUDO support to tell me they have no one available to help me and the other lady standing there trying to send her parcel (also got a reminder to send it today and paid her R50 already) and that we should have seen on the website that they are offline today. All the guy said was "we apologise" but an apology is not going to reimburse my R300 I spent to drive to the locker ...and the parcel I am waiting for is actually urgent by now
