PUDO *******

I order a locker, R50 as per usual and always been big enough. Get to locker and it's the smallest one there and cant fit package in. I then try to rebook bigger locker, want to charge me R40 more. So i abort that one and re book another locker and it is only R60 (turns out this locker is big enough to store an elephant in). So i call PUDO to cancel the first transaction as i rebooked another one and they tell me to go and get knotted. That it's my fault and they will not even look at reimbursing me. I am fuming! And it's not about the R50 they are now owing, it's on principal and that they send you automated messages back. What kind of customer service is this???
