Pudo

When you book a locker on Pudo, they do not refund or credit your account if you cancel. They keep the money. I recently booked a box, but it was too small. I had to make another booking for another box, there is no cancelation option on the app. When I requested a refund as I used the new box instead, I was told that I need to read the t&c's they give no refunds if you book the wrong size - very annoyed
