highly disappointed and really disgusted with the companies approach services methods.. Booked an overnight delivery parcel was 1.7kg..a tub of home made biscuits to my sister who is a doctor..the pick up guy arrives as relaxed as could be.and I insist to put the item in a bag and he was just not bothered.please bear in mind this guy did not follow any covid regulations,mask worn below nose,not sanitizing before and after any interactions.over night delivery booked on 30/07/2020 Its 1/08/2020 (2days later) parcel is not delivered..sad part is the entire 31/07/2020 right up until 11pm they could not locate the parcel or any additional info.its my auspicious day today a day where we pray and be happy but in on the phone getting upset which is totally unfair..now coming to the weight they billed me for 7kg.lol..im waiting for a response from someone in management to see if this company actually cares about their clients or is it just about money.
