Problems with compensation/refunds

I am overall very pleased with The Courier Guy. However, they are poor when it comes to compensating me for losses which are not my fault. The first was a claim I put in for a package lost during the riots when the Durban hub was looted. I was told that they would compensate me R1,000 for an uninsured package worth about R8,000. They never did. Last week, their PUDO locker in Howick was down. As a result, the deposit time limit expired. I asked them to credit my account for R50. They never did.
