Problem resolution at Heidelberg Branch

After having a problem with a wrong package collected by Heidelberg Gauteng Branch, I went to the branch to have it resolved. The support desk lady called Zelda did not want to speak to me, but insisted I have to mail her. The email written down by the counter lady was wrong and the mail is returned as unknown. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and instead the driver who collected the wrong parcel(not remotely close to his actual instruction on his phone). He the pointed his finger aggresively in my face, shouted at me in front of other customers and the counter sstaff completely ignored this and did not intervene. So at Heidelberg Branch conflict resolution is not calling a supervisor or manager, but to call the driver and have him shout and point fingers at customers. Well done The Courier Guy
