Pricing Discrepancies!!!!

Courier Guy is changing our dimensions after shipping and just deducting more money from our account than we were quoted. We recently sent 3 boxes of the SAME SIZE yet they changed each box to completely different dimensions. Upon querying, I was told to send proof of each boxes weight and measurement and the original quotes. How convenient that you cannot access your quote once you have booked the shipment. Luckily we have cameras so we can prove the boxes are the same size. Be careful when you load money into your account as they will deduct as much as they want, even leaving you with a minus balance.
