Presonnel not wearing masks while serving customers

The service is outstanding. They are my go to couriers. However, at the Klerksdorp branch some client facing personnel do not wear a mask at all even while serving customers. Which aggravates this is that it is in a small enclosed space that is often busy with people. This makes me hesitant to go there in person as they do not comply to enforce the national mask policy.
