PREPAID ACCOUNT MONEY DISAPPEARING - TIME WASTING FOLLOWING IT UP - INEFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

Terrible management if your prepaid account. Wasting your time you have to phone around.. Head office says phone the branch in Rustenburg and Rustenburg says phone Head office..... REALLY!!!! When you load an amount on the amount is quickly used up and you have to manage each package so care fully and then you cant understand where your money went to.. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.......... I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!
