Potentially really good

Potentially a great company. Really good people in the office and at on-line customer support. Courier rates were good too. But(!). Turns out its tracking system is very immature, which means if you are sending something overseas, it disappears off the radar as soon as it leaves Joburg and doesn't turn up again until delivery. They need to get this sorted if they are to compete
