Post office 2.0

Having lived in a country where online purchasing is convenient I find this to be seriously wrong and honestly we have a long way as a country to meet the demands of online shopping this particular company is failing dismally. Reminds me of post office. This is my 1st encounter of online buying in SA and the supplier used courier guy. I am traumatised by their service I have had to just cancel my order somehow they think your life revolves around their schedule. You stop everything you do to receive your order only for them not to pitch and say will do so tomorrow. The next day they don’t pitch again. I am appalled by this behaviour.
