Port Shepstone branche's great service

The Port Shepstone branch tried to deliver my parcel to me and I wasn't at home. They said that they would return the next day, but I was flying to Johannesburg that evening and needed that parcel as a gift for my daughter in Johannesburg. I had arrived at the Port Shepstone branch just after they had closed and were locking up. I explained my situation to a gentleman by the name of Kulugani. He willingly opened up, checked for my parcel and provided it in a very polite manner. I really appreciated that service and that there are people so understanding of their customer needs that go out of their way to assist. Thank you Kulugani.
