POOR/RUDE Service

Do not and i repeat do not use The Courier Guy. I was told that my parcel would be collected at 10:00 on the 15th of December 2018. I was then told it would be 14:00 and yet again NO ONE pitched up. At 16:00 the courier guy pitched up and he could see that I am irritated, because now I have been waiting 6 hours. I asked him "what happend to 10:00 and what happend to a phone call". His response: "I was not told blah blah blah followed by mumbling and then some more mumbling." He also **** to the control room stating that he had already collected the parcel, but it was still in my garage?????????? The worst part was not waiting 6 hours, but when the driver (courier guy) called me to help him load the parcel. He did not ask me if I could help (I am a lady by the way). He just called me and looked at the box????? My response was the following: "Now i should help you load this after I have waited 6 hours and you cannot even ask me to help you load the parcel. I am super pixxed off right now". The best part was when I helped him load the parcel (which is HIS job) he could not even say thank you, nor did he greet. He just closed the van and drove away!

I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever use this company, nor will i recommend it to anybody!!!!
