POOREST SERVICE EVER

Poorest service EVER!!! Firstly the dispatched the parcel late! Not as expected! A week later the parcel wasn't delivered. The tracking number couldn't be retrieved from their systems. Now the informed me that the parcel is LOST!!! An expensive gift is now LOST and they can do nothing about it!! I will NEVER make use of their services again!! For all I care they can close their branch as they aren't doing their job!!
