Poorest courier service in Johannesburg

I requested that I must be informed if the driver is on the way. I missed the call to inform me that the parcel is at the gate. Within a few minutes I phoned back to inform the driver that I am on my way. As him if he turn back. The driver was extremely rude. Told me that he is now going to his office and he is not coming back. Made a complaint. Deon from the company phoned me to say that the parcel will be delivered the same day. I tracked the delivery. Showed "in transit". But no show
